Ken has been reading cookbooks lately and treated us to a meal from our Carnival Cruise Line cookbook. Terriaki salmon topped with grilled pineapple, two kinds of mushrooms and onions, fresh green beans with garlic and seasonings, brown rice and salad. Dessert was Angel Food cake topped with your choice of ice cream, cool whip, raspberries, and blackberries. mmmm mmmm good.
