Renton River Days
After weeks of practice it was finally performance day. I worked feverishly this morning putting my music into a three ring binder. With the wind blowing, I was sure it would be my music that would go flying right in the middle of a song. After gathering at the park, I was called “brilliant” for having my music organized. (My dad would have been so proud!)
Ann and I agonized over this performance, but once the concert began, all went well. It was a 35 year flash back, our high school choir director was the director for the Renton Community Choir. Jerry McManus posed for the flash back photo.

We will be performing once more on August 9th at Christ the King Lutheran Church. It’s a benefit concert for the Food Kitchen in downtown Seattle.
